The Project for Writing and Recording Family History

Sharing Family History: A Gift for Generations to Come

Perhaps you've already gotten started on a family history project, taking advantage of the explosion of genealogical research possibilities now online. As you've begun gathering names, dates, and cold genealogical facts, you may yearn to make and share more personal connections to those who came before, in stories about their lives and first-person accounts of their daily struggles, hopes, dreams.

Or maybe you want to begin doing geneaological research and family history writing and wonder where to start.

ASU's Project for Writing and Recording Family History in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts supports teaching, research and public outreach in writing and recording family history in its many forms.

Explore the range of family history-related workshops that our faculty affiliates offer in the community.
