Summer 2026

Health Care Discovery Camp

Health Care Discovery Camp offers rising high schoolers in 8th or 9th grade an enriching and educational glimpse into health and wellness degrees and professions directly from faculty, staff and students in ASU's College of Integrative Sciences and Arts at the Polytechnic campus in Mesa.

Campers will be introduced to veterinary medicine, dentistry, counseling and psychology, nutrition, biological sciences, and other health and wellness disciplines through hands-on learning experiences, lab exploration, panel discussions with healthcare professionals, and interactive workshops and activities. Participants will also have the exciting opportunity to experience virtual reality lessons through ASU's Dreamscape Learn Lab.

Campers will gain equally important soft skills such as communication, leadership, problem-solving and creativity in a higher education setting. Health Care Discovery Camp immerses students in Sun Devil life and empowers them to explore just a fraction of what higher education has to offer.

Two week-long camp sessions will be offered in June. You are welcome to enroll your child in both sessions, but please note that the same activities will be offered in each session.
