Description
The concentration in recreation management introduces students to community recreation programming and planning for a variety of populations. Students from such various disciplines including business, education, nursing, public affairs, social work, and many others might find this program a beneficial supplement to their existing program.

Requirements

  • A total of 15 credit hours must be completed to finish the concentration area: six credit hours of required courses and nine credit hours of elective courses
  • Required to complete 12 upper division hours.
  • All courses must be completed with a grade of “C” (2.00) or higher.
  • Must be a junior to take 400-level course.
  • PRM 304 is only offered in fall sessions.
  • PRM 401 is only offered in spring sessions.
