Classical Studies (Greek)
Requirements
Description
The Greek classical studies concentration offers students a wide variety of opportunities to study the language, literature and culture of the ancient Greeks and Romans. This concentration is ideal for those students interested in pursuing a classical education in conjunction with another concentration.
Requirements
- Students must complete a minimum of 29 credit hours including 12 of upper division hours for this concentration.
- All courses must be completed with a grade of “C” (2.00) or higher.
- Five semesters of ancient Greek (17 credit hours; GRK 301 and 302 may be repeated for credit) is required.
- A minimum of 6 upper division hours must be taken with courses offered in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
