What is the Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership?


The Organizational Leadership degree prepares students to engage in leadership processes that ethically, inclusively, and positively impact communities and organizations around the globe. This degree will develop students’ critical leadership competencies in ethical leadership theory and practice.  This is accomplished through innovative practices in teaching, research, and engagement.  This enables students to positively and inclusively contribute to the diverse communities and organizations they serve.
