Complement your knowledge and education with this prestigious undergraduate certificate which offers both classroom and hands-on experience to launch your career.

The concentration in stress management, mindfulness and resilience provides students with extensive knowledge of integrative health practices, and with hands-on experience in which cutting-edge research is explored, advanced skills are developed, and a mindfulness practice is nurtured.

  • Requirements
    The concentration requires 15 credit hours, 12 of which must be at the upper-division level. 
  • A grade of "C" (2.00 on a 4.00 scale) or better must be earned for all courses in the concentration. 
  • Students complete nine credit hours of required core courses and six credit hours of electives. 
  • At least 12 credit hours must be completed at ASU.        
    Consider meeting with a Watts College undergraduate academic advisor prior to registration.

Upper Division Electives 6 hours required
SWU 350 or HCR 394 not used in required courses may be used to fulfill 
elective requirements.
