Description
Psychology is the scientific study of mind and behavior. This concentration emphasizes the development of wide-ranging skills in critical thinking and reasoning, research methods, working collaboratively on teams and presenting information in oral and written form. This concentration adds value through knowledge of concepts, theories and empirical research in human behavior and mental processes.
Requirements
- Students must complete a minimum of 22 credit hours including 12 of upper division hours for this concentration.
- Minimum 6 hours must be taken from courses offered by the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts.
- All courses must be completed with a grade of “C” (2.00) or higher.
- Pass/fail courses cannot be used for the concentration.
- *Course has a Prerequisite of PSY 290 with C or better.
