Health Care Coordination
Requirements
Description
The health care coordination concentration will allow students to combine the knowledge of foundational and advanced concepts of health care coordination with their other concentration. This innovative program will prepare graduates to effectively coordinate resources to optimize health outcomes for individuals and families. Students completing this innovative concentration will have the knowledge to navigate the health care system and assist in the coordination of health care for individuals and families and to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
- Students must complete a minimum of 18 credit hours including 12 of upper division hours for this concentration.
- All courses must be completed with a grade of “C” (2.00) or higher.
- A minimum 9 upper division hours must be taken in courses offered by the College of Nursing and Health Innovation.
