Thriving in 2022: Embracing Human Connection

Did our relationships take a dive or thrive in 2021?
What’s the number one thing couples fight about? Hint: it’s not money or intimacy.
How (not if) should we communicate our stress to our partner?
These are some of the questions that Ashley Randall, associate professor of counseling and counseling psychology, will discuss in this event in the Humanities Lecture Series, organized by the Faculty of Languages and Cultures in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts.
Professor Randall will discuss how the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is impacting our romantic relationship(s), and present ways that we can work with our partner(s) to mitigate stress and increase well-being.
