The minor program in organizational leadership uses interdisciplinary methods that prepare students to become leaders in organizations. Students develop skills and knowledge that leaders need to solve problems, communicate effectively, assess programs, manage resources and use emerging technologies in organizations. Students in the program are prepared for a range of positions in government, health care administration, nonprofit agencies and the service industry.
