The minor in counseling and applied psychological science is offered both online and via face-to-face courses on the Polytechnic campus. The minor is open to all ASU undergraduate majors. Counseling and applied psychology coursework focuses on the promotion of psychological well-being. Students with a minor in counseling and applied psychological science learn basic counseling skills and techniques to complement a variety of social science and health majors, including psychology, public health, interdisciplinary studies, social work and humanities, among many others.
