Poets Solmaz Sharif and Danniel Schoonebeek read from their work on Sept. 2, as part of First Friday events at the Phoenix Art Museum, beginning at 7 p.m.
A local poet will open the evening. After the reading, there will be a short Q&A and a book signing.
Solmaz Sharif’s work has been recognized with a “Discovery” / Boston Review Poetry Prize, and multiple fellowships.
